Our purpose
Regenerating Navigations serves to synergistically connect, exchange and integrate diverse knowledges, people and organizations. Functionally enabling and enacting multi-pronged regenerating transformations in our agrifood ecosystems and beyond.
People
Every 4 seconds a fellow human being dies of hunger. Increasingly people are stressed and fragile due to deteriorating mental and physical health within and around them/us.
Economies
Economies are increasingly stressed, volatile and fragile due to more scarce resources, more competition, more rentier extraction and less long-term investment. Additionally a plethora of new legislations complicates and redirects businesses navigation of markets.
Climate
The speed of global heating is more than ten times that at the end of an ice age, the fastest known natural sustained change on a global scale and on track to heat up at a much faster rate than scientists have previously predicted.
Biodiversity
To date our living earth system is suffering from faster species loss then when a meteor killed the dinosaurs about 66 million years ago.
Water
Global fresh water demand will outstrip supply by 40% by 2030. Already today, 2.2. billion fellow people have no access to clean drinking water.
Geopolitics & Peace
Some institutions deal with our polycrisis better than others. Reconciliation for commoning our crisis management is urgently necessary.

The paradigm of becoming a Regenerating Practicioner
Regeneration, as a mindset, is focused on developing the capacity and capability for systems evolution. It is not about maintaining what is, or restoring something to what it was. Rather, it is about creating living systems (e.g. places, companies, and communities) that have the capacity to evolve toward increasing states of health and vitality over time.
